Chuska Cocina was excellent! The service, atmosphere, and food were all superb. We loved it so much we ate here twice during our three day stay in Villa de Leyva. The salmon and chocolate cake were divine, as was the tortilla soup and the ceviche. They also were excellent at making any adjustments to the food for dietary needs. Highly recommend! Dariella was a fabulous server as well! Thank you!!

We found this restaurant based on reviews and it was really worth it. My mum is vegetarian and she had delicious pasta with mushrooms and spinach. I had beef in homemade sauce and it was also so good. We will come back before leaving Villa de Leyva. Our waitress was Dariela, very kind and nice person. Everybody we met here was helpful and kind. 100% recommend

What a great gastronomical experience in Villa de Lleyva! We’ve ordered yucca croquettes, ceviche and some beef main dishes. Each dish was extremely tasty, and the service was a top notch!
